  • We offer two payment models based on the needs of both parties: hourly and monthly. These models are discussed in greater detail in the first meeting.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. We do have set days each month where we are unavailable, and that is discussed in greater detail, should a contract for work be drafted.

  • A draft invoice will be provided with the initial contract acceptance by both parties. A final invoice will be provided once all projects have been completed according to contract terms.

  • We are available on weekends unless previously specified in the terms of the contract agreement.

  • If all projects and tasks have been completed, according to the terms of the contract agreed on by both parties, services may be terminated.

    If there is an emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, the outcome of the remaining work will be discussed at that time.
